PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Cups Automated Packaging Systems, Pratindo has design and manufacture Automated Packaging Systems for cups filled products. The company invented the original pick and place for cups product to carton box, the cups filled product will be insert to carton box in the position vertical up or down, even the upside cups can be inserted too between the downside cups, also put a carton layer if it was packed in 48 cups. The company once again manufactures Cup Auto Packing Machine, in the addition to full fill a complete line as a total solution of cups packing line, Pratindo also manufacture cups filling and sealing machine, cups pasteurizer, cups cooler and carton erector.
All the system and movement are control by Mitsubishi PLC, Touchscreen and servo motor as speed variation, acceleration, deacceleration and position controller.
